Ensure the stability of the tire at home first, and prepare several tools in case the tire punctures something and breaks the tire.
Carrying tools:
Digger, portable pump, pliers, new road bike inner tube
The tires were broken due to various problems on the road. The most common one was that unknown objects on the ground pierced the tires.

Hurry up and find a safe place first, put the bike on the ground, and disassemble the tire

Take the tire off and start deflating with some easy and handy screwdrivers, remove the tire

Then open the air nozzle to squeeze out the air in the inner tube, press the outer tire with the other hand to separate the rim from the outer tire, loosen the outer tire, and take out the inner tube

Aim at the position opposite the valve, and insert the tire digging rod into the gap between the tire and the rim

Loosen the outer tire and carefully remove the inner tube

Insert a new inner tube and tuck it in the correct position
Before installing the inner tube, you can inject 10 to 20% of the air to prevent the inner tube from being wrinkled and inconvenient to insert. Then, start to plug the inner tube from the position of the valve. It must be noted that the inner tube is not folded or bent, and is placed in the gap evenly. middle

After the new inner tube is plugged, make sure that there is no excess inner tube falling out. At this time, you can put the outer tire back on the rim, and pick up the tire digging rod to push the outer tire into the rim, and then use the portable air pump to temporarily fill in 10 to 10 20% gas. Go to the nearest gas station or bike repair shop to fill up enough gas.
